Truro City suffered stoppage-time heartbreak as they went down to a 3-2 defeat at Braintree Town in their first National League South away day in four years.

Tommy Rogers gave Barum the lead after 28 minutes at Mill Road before Luke Cloke nodded in the equaliser less than 60 seconds into the second half.
Stuart Bowker restored the hosts’ advantage from the spot in the 57th minute but Pritchard was on hand to fire in a last-gasp leveller deep into stoppage time.

Jordan Copp’s spot-kick gave Matt Cusack’s side an early lead before the Robins — who saw Jake Llewellyn’s penalty saved by Kyle Moore — levelled through George King, but Rubin Wilson was on hand to nod the hosts back in front in first-half stoppage-time.
Wilson was at it again early in the second half when he headed the Blues into a 3-1 lead before Copp’s second penalty effectively clinched victory. Rikki Shepherd then added a fifth when his effort was deemed to have crossed the line before being cleared by a Robins defender.

⚽ Millbrook 0-2 Street
It was another loss for Millbrook but the margin of defeat offered a much-needed sign of positivity with Richard Washburn’s side losing by just two goals at home to Street.
Street ran out 9-1 winners when the teams met in the FA Cup seven days ago, but two goals from Phil Ormrod completed the scoring in what was a much narrower victory for the Cobblers this time around.
The defeat keeps Brook at the bottom of the table.
⚽ Torpoint Athletic 2-1 Wellington
Torpoint Athletic’s perfect start to the Western League campaign continued with a narrow victory over Wellington at The Mill.
James Rowe nodded in from Elliott Crawford’s corner on the half-hour mark to give Dean Cardew’s side the lead, which stood until the 81st minute when Rohan Poulsom rifled the ball home from Jack Bown-Porter’s cross.
But there was still plenty of time to find a winner and Torpoint managed it in style with three minutes remaining when Sean Thomson volleyed into the top corner.

⚽ Bude Town 1-4 Wendron United
Josh Wood scored a hat-trick as Wendron United got their SWPL campaign off to a fine start with a four-goal victory at Bude Town.
Gabby Rogers’ spot-kick got the Seasiders off to a good start before Wood hauled the Dron level shortly before the break.
Wood scored two more after the turnaround to clinch his hat-trick by the hour, with Ryan Reeve’s header completing an enjoyable afternoon for Mike O’Neill’s side.
⚽ Callington Town 2-4 Wadebridge Town
Jacob Rowe scored all four goals as Wadebridge Town climbed to the summit with a fine victory at Callington Town on Friday night.
Both sides came into the game with two wins from two games and they couldn’t be separated until late on with Kieran Prescott and Bayley Williams scoring either side of Rowe’s first two strikes.
But the decisive goal came three minutes from time when Rowe completed his hat-trick before adding his fourth in stoppage time.
⚽ Camelford 2-1 Dobwalls
Camelford secured their first points of the season thanks to a comeback victory against a disappointed Dobwalls at Trefrew Park.
Charlie Castlehouse put the visitors in dreamland with a neat finish inside the first minute. The Camels responded positively and saw a Josh Insley header cannon back off the crossbar.
It was he who equalised shortly after the break, stroking home the rebound after James Morley had saved his spot-kick. Reg Hambly’s side had persevered and got their reward when Leo Best danced his way into the box before shooting into the corner.
⚽ Holsworthy 3-0 Bodmin Town
Bodmin Town suffered a disappointing first defeat of the season at the hands of Holsworthy in west Devon.
After a goalless first half at Upcott Field, Gavin Carter put the Magpies in front before Sam Jago’s brace ensured all three points would remain in Devon.
⚽ Mullion 1-7 St Austell
Liam Eddy and Adam Carter scored two goals apiece as a ruthless St Austell put seven past Mullion at their Clifden Parc home.
Eddy, Martin Watts and Carter’s brace had Chris Knight’s side four goals up by the 21st minute before the Seagulls pulled one back soon after.
Eddy added his second shortly before the interval to give league leaders Town a handsome 5-1 advantage at the break, with Jake Miller and Tom Guest completing the rout after the turnaround.
🟢 Plymouth Argyle
⚽ Watford 0-0 Plymouth Argyle
Plymouth Argyle took a creditable point away from Vicarage Road after a hard-fought goalless draw with Watford.
The Pilgrims defence passed what was a stern test of their Championship credentials with Ryan Andrews, Ken Sema and Vakoun Bayo all being thwarted throughout the 90 minutes, with Imran Louza coming closest for Valerien Ismael’s men when his 20-yard effort clipped the post.
Steven Schumacher’s side had their chances, though, with Hornets custodian denying each of Ryan Hardie, Callum Wright, Adam Randell and Morgan Whittaker at various points, while Joe Edwards also missed a big opportunity when he fired over the crossbar from inside the box.
The draw means both sides have four points from two games, with the Pilgrims now sitting in fourth place.
